Reiki Holistic Wellness LLC Terms of Use
Reiki Holistic Wellness LLC ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates reikiholisticwellness.com and other sites linking to these Terms of Use (individually, the "Site", and collectively, the "Sites"). Through these Sites, Reiki Holistic Wellness delivers various offerings, information, and resources related to the Reiki services and products available (each a "Service" and collectively, the "Services"). References to the Sites include the Services.
Reiki Holistic Wellness reserves the right to change, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or any part of the Sites at our discretion, with or without prior notice. We are not liable if a Site is unavailable for any period. Additionally, we reserve the right to block or deny access to any of the Sites to anyone at any time for any reason. Reiki Holistic Wellness is not obligated to correct or update any content or information on the Sites.
General Terms
These Terms of Use (alongside any additional terms that may be referenced below) constitute a user agreement between Reiki Holistic Wellness and individuals using the Sites (or the parent/legal guardian of individuals under the age of 18) ("users," "you," or "your"). The Terms of Use govern your access to and usage of the Sites. Subject to your full compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited and revocable right to access and use the Sites, solely for their intended purposes. If you access the Sites on behalf of a business or another entity, you must have the authority to bind that entity. In this case, the term "you" will also include that business/entity and its agents who use or access the Sites. By using or accessing the Sites, you affirm that you are of legal age to accept these Terms of Use and form a binding agreement with Reiki Holistic Wellness.
IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 (A MINOR), YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST REVIEW AND CONSENT TO THESE TERMS OF USE BEFORE YOU USE THE SITES. Certain offerings on the Sites may be free or offered for a fee, and we reserve the right to alter what Services are free or fee-based.

Changes to the Terms of Use
As previously mentioned, Reiki Holistic Wellness reserves the right to update or modify the Terms of Use at any time, with or without prior notice. Any alterations will become effective upon your first use of the Sites or Services with actual notice of such changes, or 30 days after the changes are publicly posted on the Sites. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved according to the version of the Terms of Use in effect at the time the dispute occurred. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Terms of Use indicate the last update date.
For any material changes to the Terms, Reiki Holistic Wellness will endeavor to notify you, for example, by sending an email to any address we have on file, showing a pop-up on the Sites, or utilizing a similar method. Account Access and Security
You may need to register and create an account to access specific content and functionalities on the Sites and Platforms. This process may require you to provide personal information, such as an email and password, as detailed in our Privacy Notice.

Notify Reiki Holistic Wellness right away if you discover any unauthorized access to your account. You may also need to log out of your account at the end of each session. User Content
The Sites may now or in the future include Services that utilize information you provide to Reiki Holistic Wellness, allowing you and others to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit various materials and information ("User Content"), which may include responses to questions, comments, documents, and similar content. Except for personally identifiable information you provide and unless explicitly stated in these Terms of Use or the policies applicable to any Reiki Holistic Wellness Platform, User Content will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You maintain ownership rights to your User Content, and by posting such content to the Sites, you grant Reiki Holistic Wellness an unrestricted, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, and irrevocable license to use, edit, alter, copy, reproduce, disclose, display, publish, prepare derivative works from, perform, market, distribute, and otherwise utilize your User Content, in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology, known or developed in the future.
Reiki Holistic Wellness is under no obligation to use, return, review, or respond to User Content. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Content you post. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or control all rights to the User Content, (b) you have the right to grant Reiki Holistic Wellness the license to such User Content, and (c) the User Content complies with these Terms of Use, including the Content Standards below. You have full responsibility for the content you provide, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and suitability, as explained further in the Content Standards.
Reliance on Posted Information
The Sites may feature content provided by parties other than Reiki Holistic Wellness ("third parties"). Except for content provided by Reiki Holistic Wellness, all opinions expressed, including articles, responses to questions, and additional content are solely the opinions and responsibilities of the party providing those materials. Reiki Holistic Wellness is not accountable for third-party content and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. Content provided by Reiki Holistic Wellness on the Sites is for informational purposes only, and we do not assure the accuracy of the information presented.
Content Standards
You agree not to post any User Content that (a) infringes or violates any intellectual property rights, (b) fails to adhere to applicable laws and regulations, or (c) comprises any expressions of hate, abuse, offensive conduct, or similar content. Specifically, User Content must not:
- Include any defamatory, libelous, slanderous, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by Reiki Holistic Wellness in its sole discretion) material;
- Promote violence or discrimination against any race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or age;
- Violate any person's or entity's legal rights (including intellectual property rights, moral rights, and rights to publicity and privacy);
- Impersonate any individual or entity;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation or that of any other entity;
- Appear as posted by or endorsed by Reiki Holistic Wellness or any other person or entity when this is not accurate;
- Attempt to deceive any individual or entity;
- Contain any unlawful material that could result in civil or criminal liability;
- Advocate or support illegal activities;
- Involve commercial activities such as contests, sweepstakes, or advertising, other than those conducted by Reiki Holistic Wellness in managing the Sites; or
- Conflict with these Terms of Use or any other applicable law or policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
You agree that all issues related to the Sites and these Terms of Use, along with any dispute or claim arising from or relating to them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the internal laws of the State of GA without considering any choice or conflict of law provision (whether of the State of GA or any other jurisdiction).
